Depending on the features you use, G.LINE Studio may process account or email information, project and customer details entered by you, kitchen photos or videos, user-created project content, support communications and purchase or subscription history.
How information is used
Information is used to provide app functionality, keep projects organised, create and store visual previews, manage account or subscription access, respond to support requests, maintain security and improve the reliability of the service.
Kitchen images and visualisation services
Images you upload and images generated from them may be processed by service providers that are necessary to provide image-processing, AI visualisation, storage, hosting, analytics, security or related technical functionality. Only the information needed for those services should be shared with those providers.
Purchases and subscriptions
If you purchase through Apple or another app-store provider, that platform may process payment details under its own privacy policy. G.LINE Studio may receive information about the purchase, subscription status or transaction needed to provide paid features, but does not need to receive your full payment-card details from the app store.
Advertising, sale and tracking
G.LINE Studio does not currently sell personal data and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking for advertising purposes. If this changes in a future version, this policy and the app-store privacy disclosures will be updated as required.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, support, security and legitimate business purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and UK data rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to ask about personal information, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or request a portable copy. Some rights may be limited where information must be kept for legal, security or contractual reasons.
Children
G.LINE Studio is a professional kitchen-visualisation and sales-support product and is not designed for children.
