Request access, correction or deletion
To make a privacy request, email Info@glhi.co.uk and use the subject line “G.LINE Studio privacy request”. Tell us whether you are asking to access, correct or delete information and provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, project or support request.
Kitchen photos and project content
If you want specific kitchen images, generated previews or project information removed, describe the project and the content concerned. We may need to verify the request before making a change.
Purchase information
Apple or another app-store provider controls the payment account and full payment details used for store purchases. G.LINE Studio may only receive the transaction and subscription information needed to provide paid features. Requests about the app-store payment account itself should be made to the relevant store provider.
Retention
Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution reasons. Where that applies, we will limit retention to what is reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
